This one has an ear "hook", which interferes with putting glasses on/off. I had an old one (different brand) for about 8 years that didn't have this problem, and stayed tight in my ear much better than this one does. Two reasons I bought this new one: 1) my old one's battery was not staying charged, and 2) store rep recommended this one. I'm not a fan.
