Too easy to double tap for a redial and the button is loose leading to a loud clunky noise in the ear. Have to wonder about the reported times for standby as it seems too short amd when 30% a constant nagging for low battery. Just like all other headsets, nothing is included that actually fits my ear. BUT the price was right.
