I've owned this moderately priced Bluetooth header in the past & purchased this one while out of town when my other one began failing---talk time only averaged 2-3hours after fully charging the device. The new device also has very limited battery usage, about 3-4hours.

I can’t hear you is all I hear through this ear piece from person on other end . OR you are breaking up. Worst earpiece I’ve owned. Always have a adjust to stay in the ear and accidentally end up disconnecting the call. The button to disconnect is in the way when trying to adjust earpiece. Just bad quality all around.

In order to find the perfect fit with your earpiece, we recommend trying the earpiece with all of the different accessories included with your devices. In addition to trying all of the different accessories that come with your earpiece, we recommend trying it in both of your ears. The Jabra Talk 15 is ready to be worn with or without the ear hook. If the earhook is removed, the headset can be used with the eargels, which can be used for both left and right ear wearing. We recommend twisting the eargel slightly to optimize the fit and comfort. For optimal performance, wear the Jabra Talk 15 and your mobile phone on the same side of your body or within line of sight. You will get better performance when there are no obstructions between your headset and your mobile phone. Not what I expected

When I opened the box I was already disappointed with the features, I assumed it was a set- however it was only one piece, it appeared to be significantly generic and theres no way a human could place this earbud in the ear- its huge. I'm returning the product without testing it.
