    Too Short

I am a woman and even the largest ear hook that came with this earpiece did not sit well on or in my ears. I had to keep fiddling with it. It either falls off or redials someone I did not intend to call. The buttons are placed wrong. If you press the front or top, you dial or hang-up but it is impossible to resettle the ear piece without touching those areas. The on-off button is awkward as well. I hate the short range and ear hook. I hate this ear piece.

Hello Lika564- Thank you for your feedback on the Jabra Talk 15. We are sorry that you have not been satisfied with the fit or button functionality of the earpiece. To find the perfect fit with your Jabra Talk 15, we recommend trying the earpiece with all of the different accessories included with your devices. In addition to testing the other accessories that we include, we recommend trying it in both of your ears. The Jabra Talk 15 is ready to be worn with or without the ear hook. If you remove the earhook, you can use the headset with the eargels, which you can use for either left and right ear-wearing. Regarding the buttons on your Jabra Talk 15- the Answer/End button is on the front of the earpiece above the silver band. If you need to readjust your Talk 15 without touching this button, we suggest grabbing the earpiece by its sides. We hope you will reach out to us if you have any more concerns about the Jabra Talk 15: https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-talk-15/100-92200900-02/contact-support. Jabra

Paid a low price, and it works with tablet and phone, which is good at $15! But I wanted it to connect to my bluetooth transmitter connected to my TV like other Jabra's I have purchased will do. Also, on/off is on the back under the ear loop, and it's tiny, so you have to move the ear thing and it's a pain to switch. Other Jabra's have on/off on the side, or somewhere more acceessible.

Hello Radburns - We are glad that the Jabra Talk 15 is working great with your tablet and phone, although we regret that you are unable to connect with your TV's Bluetooth transmitter. We recommend contacting the device's manufacturer for some help, since the Talk 15 is working properly with the phone and tablet. Keep in mind that the device is designed to be used with a smartphone, and cannot guarantee complete functionality with other devices. As for the design of the headset, we appreciate your feedback and will pass it on to our product development team. Thank you for your review! Jabra

The good: Low price, easy to use, call button accessible and firm, basic design, functional, battery live and reliable. The Bad: Poor sound, poor noise cancelling, mediocre microphone, no intelligent function. You will never know how much charge is left until it goes out. The on/off button uncomfortable.

Several Deficits Outweigh the Low Price

    Posted .

Bought to use for videoconferencing (Zoom, M'soft Teams). The on/off control (a slider) is very small, and located in an awkward position--and I found it difficult to engage, and flip from one position to the other. I also found that it was unreliable in making bluetooth connections (trying with my iMac desktop, my Samsung Galaxy J7 Sky Pro, and an Android device)...it would connect and establish a good signal at times, but when I turned it off and tried again (to assess the reliability of connection) it would generally reject a connection or just not register with another device at all. With so many choices out there, I'll return this, and look for one with greater ease of use and, especially, reliable and easy bluetooth connectivity.

Power button is impossible to use once it's in your ear. I returned mine and went back to a mini 25. I wish the part that goes into my inner ear was smaller. I always have to remove the rubber as it irritates my ear on any model I've tried.

Hello bobrealtor- Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry you decided to return your Jabra Talk 15 due to the device's On/Off switch placement. The On/Off switch on the Talk 15 is located on the underside of the earpiece above the speaker, making it difficult to access when wearing the device. We always recommend you power your Jabra device on first before adjusting it for easy use. Similarly, to quickly power off your headset, we recommend first taking it out of your ear. Jabra
