I've had an old Jabra 15 for like 10 yrs and it still works fine most of the time, but this new model of the Jabra 15 is terrible ! I could hear outgoing calls fine but couldn't hear anything on any incoming calls. I returned it to Best Buy

The sound is so low and ridiculous, cant turn it up any! Do they ever test their own products that they make and try to sell? I have a hearing aid and the cheap Jabra I bugh some 3 year ago worked great and this expensive one does not even come cloe to what that one was doing. I am amazed how ignorant these vendors are of their own products and don't test them with all products like heating aids etc.

Not as loud as I would like and the "on/off" switch is on the inside of the device making it impossible to use while wearing it. Other models I have had, the on/off switch in on top of the device.
