Great headset

Can listen to my music off of my phone and my computer at work so this helps. People can still hear some of my background noise is only thing needs improvement

Keeps dropping the connection_ Low sound

I am not sure what happened here, but this is not a good headset. The sound quality is poor. The buttons are hard to get to (you keep dropping/hanging up on people if you try to turn the thing up). I like having a BT headset for my work phone while I drive, since I don't pair that second phone to my car, but this is NOT IT!
