It may have worked worked on my right ear but I am left handed & need to find one with a softer loop like the plantronics M70 that I had. The ear loop is just too rigid for my ear but may work very well with most folks.

However the button to hang up is so close to the top of the device that I keep hanging up when I try to adjust the unit in my ear. I am keeping this one as my back up but that placement of the button is really a thumbs down. Also no spoken warnings.

Even on the highest volume setting. Sadly I had to return it to store. I recommend the old Jabra Talk 15 it is louder.

The one thing that I dislike about this blue tooth is the on/off switch is located on the top of the device and its awkward to access it. For those of us with fat fingers a side switch would be a lot more user friendly.
