Volume level is perfect and sound is crystal clear. I had a hire priced Jabra headset and I could barely hear incoming callers as it did not have volume control built in. This one cost less and blows it away!

I saw this as a great option and picked it up right away. The thing sounded pretty good, was comfortable, and easy to set up. Unfortunately while testing it out with a video conference, I discovered the mic was not incredible and did not do as well as the mic on my computer. For most people, however, this device will be great. The decent audio quality and pretty good mic will be just what you need for hands-free calling.

Nice and lightweight, I wore it for about 5 hours before it started to annoy me since I am not used to having one. I would recommend this to friends.

I have called for technical assistance but have got none. I don't know if i can activate it from the blue tooth or in i have to use the phone to answer and hang up, which is how i do it now. Not convenient if you're driving.

Is that there is no noise canceling and the person on the other end, can hear everything in the background. That is why I only gave it 3 stars.
