    Bluetooth battery runs down fast ,does not go up to 12 hrs and is “Bluetooth battery is low”

    Will not charge

    I've had two other Jabra headsets that worked fine (until I left them in my pocket and washed them), so assumed this one would be great too. Wrong - right out of the box it would not charge. Even tried it with my old chargers, so the problem is definitely the headset. With letting the box sit around for any covid germs to die, not getting around to trying it and confusion about whether the store was open for returns, I'm now past the return window. Think Best Buy ought to be a little more flexible given the situation. So if you do buy this, make sure you try to charge it ASAP and know how you can return it. Lost some faith in Best Buy.

    Not What I Expected

    The Jabra Talk 25 Bluetooth headset suffers from low audio quality. You can barely hear the other person on the other end. It also doesn’t remain synced to your smartphone. The constant disconnection with my phone’s Bluetooth was annoying. Sometimes it would simply shut off for no apparent reason. Even though my experience was far below my expectations, I was happy I was able to return it without a restocking fee.
