I purchased this for work when I am on the road in rented vehicles and in need of an easy Blue-Tooth option. It was affordable, easy to set up and use, and has worked well since I bought it. No complaints and pleased with it thus far.

Excellent Bluetooth headset, I am using most of the time when I am driving. Affordable price to communicate and avoid accident. I cannot understand why so many car drivers do not use. To wear this Jabra will avoid terrible accident.

Setup took less than 2 minutes. It took more time to figure out whether to use the behind-the-ear hooks (it comes with 1 large and 1 small) or the replacement rubber ear gels. For me, the ear gel with an additional "ring" on the back keeps the headset in nicely. If you're looking for great noise cancellation, this is not the model. The upgrade models with that feature are in the $100 range, and not worth it for me. The Jabra Assist app has 2 features of value -- a one-time product registration, and locating the headset if you misplace it. The app can find the headset, but not within a tiny area, and it can make the headset make noise. The noise isn't really loud, so don't expect something shrieking out.

I prefer the single ear bluetooth. My previous one would always fall off my ear whenever I turned quickly, bent over, etc. This one never falls off, it is much more secure, yet is comfortable to wear! Easy and quick bluetooth connect, and communication is very clear both ways!

The sound quality isnt fantastic, but the price is good especially with black Friday deals. I'm happy with my purchase and have used it for phone conversations and listening to music/podcasts.

I bought this to be able to use my phone while driving and be hands free. It’s a great little earpiece and very comfortable. It has great quality sound. My only complaint is that it loosens up in my ear if I’m taking my sunglasses on and off a lot.

Tried all if the high named Bluetooth earpiece but had to return them. I ran across this one and all of my friends tell me how clear our conversations are now. Glad I purchased this Jabra earpiece.

This is the first time trying out a jabra product and I love that it feel comfortable in ear. I’ve tried others where my ear starts hurting after awhile it has No static i Can here the person I am talking to perfect. I love it will definitely be purchasing again.

This ear piece works very well especially for the price. It announces the caller when the phone rings. The calls are clear and crisp. Holds a charge for quite a while when in standby. I’ve used many different ear pieces and this one ranks up there with the expensive ones.

Needed a headset while working from home. This does the job and it’s easy to work with. Took a minute to get the fit right, but now it’s great. I do have to remember to charge it each night. That’s probably a sign I’m on the phone too much.

Not bad. Good value for cost. Black Friday deal helps too. Clear sound and good connection. Will see how long battery life is and feedback also. Also function in noisy areas is good.

My mom works nearly all day with constant phone calls in & out and she says it works great. the call quality is just about the same as your average phone microphone. Battery life lasts quite long for her. It's a great product to start with.

Clear voice . Works with my phones google directions. Only issues are it sticks out more than my old one and does say battery status. Overall good value

Purchased a great gift for the wife. She is able to work in the garden while listening to music or communicating with her mom, hands-free. The range is amazing (up to 100 feet at times from the cell phone).

This is a replacement unit. Very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Battery life twice that of previous. I only wish I could change voice of it like my previous. I had Antonio Banderas.....

I've had this about two months now and I do suggest following the few instructions. Let the bluetooth die completely the first few times after first using it and the battery will last for days on end. Ear piece is very comfortable as well.

The product replaced another manufactures more expensive device that fell apart and interfered with communications. This device readily synced with my phone and has provided clear communications. The battery has a good talk time.

Great ear piece . I have been using the same model for years . Bought this to replace my last one that went thru the wash while in my pants pocket :( Good sound and no complaints about people hearing me.

I originally purchased another headset that was much more expensive, but it was way too complicated. I returned it and got this one, and I love it. Easy to use - just tap some buttons - and very comfortable.

Got this for my wife as a replacement for her plantronics headset. So far it has worked out very well. Lightweight, and good connectivity and relatively inexpensive. Will definitely recommend.
