The buttons aren't as intuitive as you may think, so you may need to review the manual. I set this up for my mother in law, and there were no major issues. We were able to find an attachment that was included that fit her well.

Since then I have gone through two other headsets. They were good and comparable to the current one. I do miss the alertness of the remaining operation time.

I often plug this one or use other variations for work purposes or recreational. I mention this because I think it gives me a good feel of what is a good ear piece. I have been using this device model for some time now and perhaps I got a bad item but I feel the quality has diminished. It still carries its basic fucntion but its hard to hear and gives the impression that I need to yell to be heard. I would recommend it if your on a budget.
