I purchased this Bluetooth headset for my wife. She is a hair stylist and wanted something easy to answer the phone hands free. She loves this ear piece! Small and comfortable. Easy to use and worth every penny.

Gets static in the sound and I'm not able to hear what the other person is saying and they can't hear me either.

Clarity is excellent, no complaints so far there. Message readout is awesome. The size of the ear insert is horribly large. It's painful so I can't wear it very long. Maybe it's made for bigger ear holes.

Nice little bluetooth..only problem i had was me...I kept loosing it because it is so small i have inturn...bought 3 of these...well worth the money...

This bluetooth is very sleek and works very well. It is more comfortable in your ear than other headsets I have used. The button to take and end calls could be a bit more raised but overall great bluetooth.

The ear clip is clearly designed with women or children in mind, and the speaker is just the opposite. Links easy and sound quality good

I like the quick connection to my phone as soon as I turn it on and answers the call in the process. I like it's small size to fit in any pocket and have it on the go while driving which reduces cellphone use while driving!

Good basic bluetooth headset for calls. Doesn't have much of a background-noise filter, so have to make calls when it's quiet around me.

Simple, holds a charge. However, you cannot make a call from the ear piece

I bought this as a gift for a friend. After trying it out a few days, she said it didn't fit properly. We ended up exchanging it for a different brand. Even received credit for the new lower price.

Purchased for a family member who does not like Bluetooths. Gave as a just because gift. Now the family members never leaves home without. Calls it the American Express BLUETOOTH!!! Love it!!!!!

**Disclaimer: I ultimately ended up returning this product** I was not comfortable using this headset for my virtual job that uses a headset--I felt as though it was too flimsy, although it did what it is supposed to do, it works fine, it ultimately wasn't for me. If you are looking for something that you want to use with your phone on-the-go this may be a good option but I was not happy with it.

I love the headset and you can hear clearly while driving with the windows down. It would be much better to hear how much battery power I have when I turn it on.

Just ok, seem to loose my connection at times and also hard to hear at times. Not so easy to use when driving.

It's cheap but it's extremely small so it's easy to lose so be careful with it. It is very very small.

I purchased this to go with my new smartphone. It paired fairly easily and sounds OK. But I have big ears and neither of the ear loops will let its sound port sit directly over my ear opening. I've tried it without the loop, and I'm afraid it will fall out of my ear. I guess I should have known better than to go for the low price but I figured with the Jabra name it'd be all right. I guess I was wrong.

Battery is a thumbs up, but the unit itself will not lay flat against your ear. It sticks out a bit and feels like it is going to fall out.

My husband loves this earpiece so much is the third one he has bought! Obviously nothing last forever but he keeps going back for this one when they eventually stop working

Bought this headset to replace a broken one. Have to admit wasn't expecting much for the price but have been pleasantly surprised. Can't beat for the price!

Had to exchange after the 3rd day because the Bluetooth stopped working. Best Buy exchanged it with no problem! Great Customer Service at curbside!! So far so good!
