Was also disappointed that you can only pair one device since most on the market can pair at least 2 devices like the $30 Plantronics.

So it's easy for the Bluetooth to fall off while you're walking or while you're bending over it tends not to stay stationary. And there is some funky thing that goes on with it when you're on Zoom that when the battery on your cell phone click that it's low on battery it unmutes you on Zoom for no apparent reason
