I will recharge and give another try if it fails back to Best Buy it go's

Buttons aren't as fluid. It's affordable and good for a budget purchase, but if you have the funds go for something better.

Nice for the budget but poor connection

I've owned Jabra in the past and they were mostly great products that lasted me several years. This one, not so much. It switched on okay. But the connection was choppy. It went in out, and disconnected several times.

It should have come with 3 ear gels and 2 ear hooks for you to try and find the best fit.
