    Works fine. Earpiece is a bit bulky. Won’t actually let you answer you phone by pressing the button on the earpiece which is annoying.

    Stays connected to my iPhone 11. Doesn’t tell you how much talk time there is. Doesn’t tell you when it disconnects or the battery dies. Doesn’t come with a wall charger.

    Bought and had to get replaced due to inability to hold charge. Second one received and is charging well however keeps dropping calls due to sync issues. Also hurt ears.

    I have had other ear Bluetooth headsets that give battery information when turned on and are more comfortable when nestled in. Not particularly impressed with the sound quality.

    it broke real fast and did not connect good. I took insurance out and now they don't sell item anymore

    It dies faster than it should and didn't last that long before it quits for good, about 6 months. But it's cheap so weigh that option when comparing to the expensive ones.

    I got this item on sale for 1/2 price and I’m glad I didn’t pay more for it. It’s not consistent in working. Sometimes people had a hard time hearing me on it. The sound quality wasn’t great on a consistent basis and sometimes I would hear static. Wore it for one week and I bought a different Bluetooth on EBay. Don’t waste your money on the product.

    No hassle warranty, unit not charging from Jabra

    Won't charge, Best Buy won't do anything. Worked great for six weeks, now won't charge. Jabra is replacing the headset and offering large discounts on upgrades. No hassle warranty for unit not charging from Jabra. Best Buy couldn't even provide a warranty phone number. for Jabra.

    I have always used Plantronics. This earpiece does not compare to Plantronics. Comfort in the ear sucks. The Jabra picks up all bacgroundnoise. Totally opposite of what it says. No warning battery low. It just drops off. Sorry I purchased. Will purchase the venerable Plantronics and retain the Jabra just in case.

    Its not as secure as my previous Plantronics. The ear strap would hug my ear with no fear of it falling off

    Liked my old Motorola much better

    Motorola got lost and no longer avail. This was next best thing according to store. Deff not as easy to use or easy to store when not using!

    The earpiece is not very comfortable but for the price I wasn't expecting a lot either. I only bought this for the new law for driving in Minnesota.

    The ring that hold the headset comes off the headset when putting around your ear. The headset works good.
