Very basic Bluetooth

Doesn’t keep sync

It’s not consistent in working. Sometimes people had a hard time hearing me on it. The sound quality wasn’t great on a consistent basis and sometimes I would hear static. Wore it for one week and I bought a different Bluetooth on EBay. Don’t waste your money on the product.

No hassle warranty, unit not charging from Jabra

Worked great for six weeks, now won't charge. Jabra is replacing the headset and offering large discounts on upgrades. No hassle warranty for unit not charging from Jabra. Best Buy couldn't even provide a warranty phone number. for Jabra.

This earpiece does not compare to Plantronics. Comfort in the ear sucks. The Jabra picks up all bacgroundnoise. Totally opposite of what it says. No warning battery low. It just drops off. Sorry I purchased. Will purchase the venerable Plantronics and retain the Jabra just in case.
