Uncomfortable device

The earpiece was so big that it stuck out from the side of my face, the cushion was too big and it hurt while inserted in my ear. I thought the range wasn't up to par. If only beeped when I was out of range from the phone, but would say "connected " once the phone was back in range.

Battery life is terrible, the strap that goes around your ear is very thin and uncomfortable after an hour of use. The replacement rubber ear pieces are also uncomfortable. I honestly wish I didn’t lose the receipt I would’ve returned it.
