It comes off easily, even if you turn your head very quick or if there's some bounce while walking at a good pace. I've already had to use the back up that came in the box. Also, the audio is not the greatest.

Two time it lost connection while I was talking to someone. Could have been defective. Did not get a replacement because I did not like the quality of to audio.
