When I first got it all was well. Somewhere within the first year it died completely. I expected much better from Jabra. Hate to admit that Plantronics Is much better in this price range.

Used it the first day ok. After that did not work.

After that nothing the lights are on the button is on right and charged. Need to return. Maybe try to get another before we try other devices.

The Jabra Talk 25 will go into Power Nap mode when it has not been used for 60 minutes. To exit Power Nap, you just have to tap the Multi-function button or the Answer/end button. To answer a call when the headset is in Power Nap mode, tap the Multi-function button. The Talk 25 will exit Power Nap mode and answer the call. I set it up following the instructions and then tried it out. I made calls to several people and no one could hear me no matter what I did. I've already purchased a different bluetooth headset (different brand entirely) that works great.
