    Sound was great to start. Now it doesn't function a month later. The sounds for battery life updates and power on/off are loud, but can barely hear people on the phone with the volume all the way up.

    I almost forgot about this purchase. When I first got it all was well. Somewhere within the first year it died completely. I expected much better from Jabra. Hate to admit that Plantronics Is much better in this price range.

    I bought this item for my father and got it synced to his phone the first day. After that nothing the lights are on the button is on right and charged. Need to return. Maybe try to get another before we try other devices.

    It wont always charge completely. Shuts itself off??? Occasionally turns off and on beeping in your ear all the while. I can no longer answer a call with it. Must answer all calls through the phone itself.

The Jabra Talk 25 will go into Power Nap mode when it has not been used for 60 minutes. To exit Power Nap, you just have to tap the Multi-function button or the Answer/end button. To answer a call when the headset is in Power Nap mode, tap the Multi-function button. The Talk 25 will exit Power Nap mode and answer the call.     This wasn’t very intuitive on figuring out how to use, directions clear but lots of tapping on buds to get them to do anything.. became frustrating, returned this item.

    I'm returning this because it doesn't work. I set it up following the instructions and then tried it out. I made calls to several people and no one could hear me no matter what I did. I've already purchased a different bluetooth headset (different brand entirely) that works great.

    Immediately after coming out of the box, I discovered it didn't fit in the ear. Plantronics is far and away a better product!

    the fit is terrible so i can't hear out of it i thought it was me so i gave it away only too be told they can't hear out of it either so it was a waste of 30 bucks

    My old plantronics finally bit the dust. Tried the Jabra. It will occasionally turns itself off. Audio is not as clear as the plantronics and battery life is shorter too.
