    This items was found to be too bulky to be comfortable. The wired headphones the phone came with were a better option

    Second Time Around

    This is my second one and I’ll be returning it. I’ve uninstalled the Bluetooth connection and reconnected and still experiencing the same issues prior to. The issues I’m having are same as I had with the first one. Only one added issue and it’s like I not near my phone it crackles and daughter says sounds like I’m breaking up. So it’s headed back and I’ll not get another. DONE

    Ear loop is rigid and uncomfortable as soon as you put it on. Volume is too low and can't be increased enough to hear well.

    This product is hard to hear and when you talk the other person can hear everything else but you. Battery life is no good either. Tried to take it back but the best buy people said no. They were rude!!!

    It doesn't fit in either ear in a way that it will stay there. I'm not going to drive across this county to return it to your store; that would be cost-prohibitive. I'll just put this thing in the drawer where I keep all the other products that were not a good buy.

To find the perfect fit with your Jabra Talk 25, we recommend trying the earpiece with all of the different accessories included with your devices. In addition to trying all of the different accessories that come with your earpiece, we recommend trying it in both of your ears. The Jabra Talk 25 is ready to be worn with or without the ear hook. If the earhook is removed, the headset can be used with the eargels, which can be used for both left and right ear wearing. We recommend twisting the eargel slightly to optimize the fit and comfort. For optimal performance, wear the Jabra Talk 25 and your mobile phone on the same side of your body or within line of sight. You will get better performance when there are no obstructions between your headset and your mobile phone.     I had it for 2 weeks and the cushion ear piece fell off. It did not come with an extra one and you can ot order replacements online. You are lucky if you actually get 6 hours of talk time.

    Keeps losing connection and it doesn’t make it through a work day was only making 5 hours on battery and that was just standby. Hate to see if I actually had calls all day.
