    It will not make calls or hang up , I still can listen, but I have to go thru my phone to make the calls or hang up, had one like it before and worked fine but I lost it . that's the reason I purchased this one

    I've always used Jabra and they typically last a long time. This one is trash. I've had it less than 2 months. It starts saying low battery and dies even though the battery is at 30%.

    I was very excited about getting a Bluetooth headset and very disappointed. The headset earpiece will not stay charged I will be returning the product.

    This product is not user friendly. It would not let me answer my calls easily. it is not a true hands free device. Still had to have my phone out to answer and hang up. Also was not very comfortable, very "stiff" product.

    Maybe it was just a bad headset, but this Bluetooth headset worked when it wanted to work. When I wanted it off it came and vis versa. Not real reliable.

    Bought this in August of 2020, stopped working with no reason. Unbelievable how poor is a quality. I have had another brand, don't remember the name, for over 3 years .
