I have two of them! Their main advantage is in the way it holds on the ear- it's hanging on the ear due to it's bracket! So you won't feel any pain... connects to any phone, battery durable, stas connected on long distances, i think up to 50-70feet. Rubber pads of 3 dimensions for different ears

Very comfortable to wear. Even all day long. Its decent with background noise as well even while driving. Not too good on wind gusts, but that's not a deal breaker for me. Unless you work on construction or industrial sites, then this will work for you. Well worth it for the price.

I really loved it and I decided to buy it again. I feel I got something back that I never wanted to lose, it works perfect for me, very good quality, battery lasts good time, I really recommend it

However, they're a bit too large for smaller ears. If you have petite ears, the headsets might not fit snugly and could fall out. Good headset but just not loud enough

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I misplaced my Plantronics (now Poly) headset and since I cannot find a similar Poly headset, I tried this Jabra headset. I find the volume to hear the person on the other end to be too low even when at max volume. If I am in a quiet setting, it's fine, but when I'm driving, with the road noise I find this headset to be useless. I'm better off with my phone to my ear or using the speaker on my phone. Also, it does not come with different size ear pieces and found this in-ear headset to be too small to stay in my ear, it constantly falls out of my ear. The functionality of it is good - it has a power on/off switch and volume control, it is quick to pair up to my phone. I did not experiment how it functions with my music app on my iPhone - play/stop and/or forward to next song, etc. Overall it is a decent headset, it just isn't loud enough to hear the person on the other end if not in a more quiet environment, which is my reason for indicating I would not recommend. It would be personal preference based on surrounding environment.

Even in changing outdoor environments it still holds charge and has a clear sound. I like the new soft ear insert and stays in my ear great.

Earbud a bit too large

Removed the rubber cover and the actual ear piece adequately fits into my ear, but is irritating for long calls. Design needs to take into account that women have smaller ear openings then men. This is a common Jabra fit that doesn't work for me personally - tried two different models.

It's sometimes hard to understand what anyone is saying, especially when anyone else is talking fairly close by. I would really like to have the convenience back of punching a button and having the "operator" ask who I want to call..just like we used to have for so many years.

Best buy for the price

I listen to the radio for 6 hours Monday thru Friday and i have no problem the whole time. My only complaint would be they do not get very loud. There are times when i am unable to hear when the machine is running and the volume button is up as far as it can go.
