I can't say one way or the other if this is a good product. It didn't fit in my ear; I returned it the very next day. The Jabra I did get stick with is great & functions well; but the Jabra app is horrible! Cause, it drains the battery of my phone.

I have had a Bluetooth that I have loved and used for 5 years and then I had to replace it. I chose this one and it is easy to use. I love the switch to turn it off and on versus holding down a button. I am working out how to make it fit my ear more comfortably, but it is comfortable and small so it's not in the way.

Sound is pretty good, while i wanted something that would hook onto my ear the loop kind of pulls the headset away from my ear and ambient noises make it a little less loud than I like.

Bulky. Does not fit in the ear good. This is my 2nd one of same kind. I thought I was getting different type. Last one on/ off switch just could slide back and forth but never went off. Began to drop sounds.

I am really disappointed, I gave it 1 star rating because of the long battery life. It has a strange fit, it is suppose to have a comfortable fit, but it sticks out and away from the ear. Then when I tried to position it to hear who I am talking to, because the person say they can't hear me, each time the call disconnects. The total fit of this blue tooth is awkward including the ear hook. I've had it for a little over 3 weeks, now it is not functioning properly. I can not tell if it is connected, it use to say it is connected.

Doesn't quite have the sound quality of an over-the-head Blue Parrot or Plantronics that I use most of the time, but works quite well for this form factor and price point. Like that I can easily carry it in my pocket when on the go, and it won't break the bank if I accidentally lose it.

This would have to be one of the best Bluetooth headsets that I have ever owned! The quality is excellent! I would highly recommend everyone purchase this. It comes with a car charger for your vehicle. That to me was Astonishing, that he comes inside the package!

I am very disappointed on the range from the phone. My previous, cheaper Jabra was able to be much farther away from my actual phone than this one. However, clarity of the call when close to the phone is great.
