However, the earpiece was very uncomfortable until it was "broken in." Even more annoying is the very limited battery life--with only a couple of "battery low" warnings shouting at me before it completely shut down. Also continuously announcing "disconnected" followed by another announcement 30 seconds later, "connected." I ended up returning it and going back to an upgraded Plantronics headset that I am very happy with.

I've had several before, but this is my first time using a "Jabra". I love the fact that it announces who is calling!!1 So many times while driving, I hit the button to talk only to have to disconnect, due to it being a telemarketer, but NO MORE, thanks t this great device!!

For starters, callers stopped being able to hear me. I contacted Jabra tech support, and they had me do a firmware update. Jury is still out, if this solves my problem. My second gripe, the ridiculous ear pieces. I cannot get them to work, and they are very uncomfortable.
