For the cost, this is been a very good value. I was surprised that it streams music as well as phone calls, so it's not really smart to do that considering the battery life. Heavy usage will require regular charging, but it does well for the cost. Sound quality is great, no complaints there. Everyone I've talked to said I sounded crystal clear, so that's a bonus as well. It was a bit of a pain to pair to my second phone, but I was able to make that work. Trying to find the instructions online was difficult for that as there are apparently multiple models of this and they each have a different way to do it.

It doesn't fit REALLY good in my ear and the hoop is kinda tight and I had to change the ear piece with one from my last Bluetooth to make it fit better but the sound is good

I bought this to replace a similar Plantronics headset I've had for some time but was starting to exhibit markedly reduced battery life. Although I've found the Plantronics an extremely high value and would have loved to replace it like for like, that model has been discontinued in marketing's not so wonderful reliance on planned obsolescence. So, in my search for a suitable replacement, I stumbled on this particular Jabra which seemed to check most all the same boxes feature-wise as the Plantronics.
As it turns out, the Jabra is harder to put on, due to the smaller earhook. For the same reason, it's less comfortable to wear. The sound quality is acceptable though slightly more tinny than my Plantronics. The working range (from the phone) is definitely less. The battery life is actually only slightly better than the current state of my aging Plantronics (and nowhere near what Jabra says it should be), meaning I'm now depending on the two headsets so that one is alway charged and available to use as a spare. Meanwhile, the Plantronics continues to work far longer after its initial "low battery" warning than the Jabra, which will power off pretty darned quickly after its first warning.
All in all, I wish the older Plantronics was still available and this Jabra is not even close to being a like replacement. Having said that, it likely works as well as most anything else in its price range.

Overall it’s great and the sound quality is awesome. I will say though the size of the ear piece is a little too big for my ear so it’s a bit uncomfortable at times but once you get past that it’s easy to use and overall a good product

I am pleased with the function of my Jabra. I am hard of hearing and this solves that issue with the added advantage of having Siri dial phone numbers for me and answer my phone when I'm driving. I don't text and drive so this solves my communication issues when mobile. So far it holds a charge longer that advertised ! A great value for the price for sure.

Reasonable price, not too expensive compared to other bluetooths. Good sound quality. Only flaw, does not tell home much time charge is left, only that it is low, when listening to the bluetooth.

Works very well. Loud and clear both sending and receiving. My only negative is how it fits in your ear. It’s not a good fit. I wish it came with different ear pieces for a better fit!!

I give it a 3 because the sound is good but the piece that goes in my ear is too big. It stayed on in the store because of the little hook but when I got home and had to put my glasses on it kept falling off. I haven't had the chance to go back to Poughkeepsie to change it.

The headset is comfortable enough and the sound quality is fine, but it doesn't go as loud as I'd like it to go, and I don't yet know if it is because of the fit or the quality of the device. I find myself trying to push the headset into my ear, which disconnects the call because the button is on the upper front of the device.

Nice Bluetooth, easy to pair with my phone. However, I ended up returning it because I had problems hearing the person I was talking to and the volume buttons are so close to the power button I accidentally disconnected a few calls, so I took it back.

Honestly I love this thing, I bought it for my work at home office since i use an earpiece at work and hands free sure makes it easier to type. However the answer/hang up button is EXACTLY where one would push to put it in their ear or adjust it while on the phone...have to be VERY careful. I wish there was a mute on it as well, i have to use my phone to mute myself. I can't wear the plugs only so having the hook that goes around my ear works great.

I wanted this item so when I'm working outside I wouldn't get my phone dirty....you have to be in range of the phone to work....not as far as I would like. It also doesn't fit my ear very well and slips, also the end digs into my skin too much.
