The audio quality is good, but the connectivity is awful. I connect it to two phones and the pairing to both phones was surprising difficult, it took many retries to get it to connect to either phone. The most frustration thing is the headset will frequently disconnect (many times a day) randomly from either phone without any notification. It doesn't automatically reconnect and is difficult to manually reconnect.

I was in a mall which was not that loud and had to remove it and talk through the phone because the noise cancellation does not work well as promised.

Junk, not loud enough, do not buy.

I happen to work in a loud environment (automotive shop) and this thing doesn’t deliver, especially at the price point. I’ve had other earpieces that work phenomenally, only reason I bought this junk was due to losing my old one. Do yourself a favor and skip this.
