The recipient has said the earpiece is comfortable even with glasses on. All calls are very clear on both sides of the conversation. They are pleased with the product.

This product compares very poorly to others in the same price range. It says it's horribly on the ear and does not have much for adjustment. By the second day of use that made my ear bleed. The answer call/hang up function and does not work very well. The preset volume is way lower than what I am accustomed to. The only way to control the volume is through the phone. The device itself has no volume control. Most of the time the volume is lower than I would like it to be.
