A one size fits all does not work and the max volume is so soft you can hardly hear it. I was going to replace my old JawBone but cant find a better one.

The stupid thing would fall out of my ear or make my ear sore because it was so tight. Sound quality was poor and people had a hard time hearing me. WASTE OF MONEY!

You can barely hear the caller. It does sometimes announce the caller otherwise it is mediocre. It does disconnect to save power but sometimes it does not reconnect. Suggest you find other blue tooth devices to purchase.

They didn't have any in stock at the time. Went with this. Bluetooth reception is spotty when phone is in my pocket. Not as loud speaker as Plantronics even when maxed out. Looking to go back to Plantronics...
