Bad connection to phone and poor noise canceling

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This earpiece is worthless in that people on the other end of my call were constantly complaining that they seemed to be losing the connection with me. The only remedy was to hold the phone within inches of earpiece which completely defeats the purpose of having an earpiece. Also, on the packaging, it says "Engineered for crystal clear calls with noise cancelling". People were constantly commenting about all the background noise.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this product was expensive to start with,i own 10 year old bluetooths that cost 25% less and deliver 75% better performance namely Motorola hx 550. the largest complaint and disappointment is products noise cancellation ability , it simply is not eliminating noise from the party your talking to. my ten year old Motorola the person on the other end of the line can not hear the noise in the same conditions. i would have purchased another Motorola but they are not made anymore.

Not happy at all

Got this one and it didn't charge. Left it charging for over 24 hours and nothing. Went to unplug it to test and the entire charging port came out. Have to take it back and try another one. Unless, since I purchased it online, I have to send it back for another one.
