I've had my Jabra 30 for years and it worked perfect....smh not this one! The over the ear piece is way too tiny, Every time I tried to talk on it I hung up accidentally....

Rather Disappointing

Even with the rubber piece in, it's very uncomfortable and the sound coming from it varies from deafening when it tells you that it's on and off to silent when trying to talk to someone.

I was on a call with someone who was using this and the back ground noise was intensified and disconnected the bluetooth several times during the call. Returned it!

The earhook is not comfortable and earpiece did not lay flat on my face. Plus it moves when you move your head. I ended up returning this device the next day.
