The rubber part that fits inside your ear is very hard and uncomfortable though. It is supposed to be noise cancelling but the rubber is too hard to conform to my ear well enough to block out hardly any background noise

I am not fond of that feature. Now that I figured out how to turn that off I love it. Easy to wear, easy to answer a call, good sound, and my mother says I sound like I am in the same room with her.

This one has static, call goes in and out. I bought an extended warranty but havent returned this product plus they didnt have much variety to pick from. I do like that you can hear continous music and it does let you know who's calling. It's ok but I've had better.
