Small and convenient with big problems

Very uncomfortable longer than a dozen minutes sitting on the ear, no instructions for how to align the angled speaker cover, and short battery life (maybe 3 hours). The bluetooth connection reliability is also poor with me having to manually order it to connect after it dropping bluetooth after temporarily connecting 2 or 3 times after turning it on during a call. The on device button controls are also problematic to use cleanly. In trying to mute I often found myself pressing the end/accept call button despite efforts to avoid it.

I have a Jabra for years and finally the battery would not last a day. This one does easily and has power to spare. Pretty fast on charging too.

This one worked great at first then i started getting a low battery message before 8 hours were up & then people started to day i sounded i sounded far away. Ive only had this 4 months. At least i got over a year out of Plantronics before any issues. Also the connect/disconnect button is in a bad place. If you accidently hit your ear you can hang up on someone. I don't know what I'm going to do now. I'm not sure if i should try another one or not

I did have more trouble getting it adjusted to "fit" my ear than I have in the past with other devices. Had to use a loop from an earlier model that I had. I like the slide on/off switch; prevents unintentional power ups. It has more features that I do not use. Just the basics.

So I was guided by my nephew who works for Microsoft to this device. It solved my problems as I work in highway construction with a ton of extraneous noise. This device is above what I expected. worst bluetooh headset i've ever had

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this a few days ago and took a chance with this product.It worked just fine the first two days.It fit well in the ear and it was easy enough to pair with my phone,audio was loud and best of all the person on the other end of the phone could understand what I was saying.today it just kept shutting down and disconnecting even though my phone showed it was still connected.I would return it if only I had kept the original receipt and the packaging.normally I have had better luck with other products that I have bought from BB but not this one.
