Best Bluetooth PHone headset IVe ever had.

Ive had multiple headsets now…this is hands down the best ive ever used.

No complaints on background noise

However the earpiece is not friendly to the inner ear and hurts! If they are able to correct this issue it definitely will be a 5 star

Poor design and poor quality material

It is not a good quality design, the hook over the ear attachment after wearing a few times slides off the device. The band portion seems to have stretched. I have wrapped a strip of plastic around to hold it in place. The device stands out from my ear looking as if I put it into my ear and not over and around it. I am truly disappointed.
