UNCONFERTIBLE, I require a single ear piece that will not promote discomfort and fituge withinn the first ten minutes in ear! BRING BACK PLANTRONICS!

Voices & music very clear & I’ve been told I can be heard, when on a phone call, very good. I ordered another one in case I loose this one as the price was good too.

Range is not as good as I had expected. I prefer hands free although you only have to touch the device to answer.

Nobody has them, bad support. My story I bought a 45 and had it about 3 months before it wound up in the wash, Duh only part. Went to buy a new one they did not have any in stock bought a 35 Don't waste your money sound sucks ear loop will not keep it in your ear, and I don't have Giant Ears:) Went back and ordered another 45 got it. About three months later lost the ear loop NO ONE has them in stock!! Bad Support means Bad Product!!

However the earpiece is not friendly to the inner ear and hurts! If they are able to correct this issue it definitely will be a 5 star

It is not a good quality design, the hook over the ear attachment after wearing a few times slides off the device. The band portion seems to have stretched. I have wrapped a strip of plastic around to hold it in place. The device stands out from my ear looking as if I put it into my ear and not over and around it. I am truly disappointed.
