Decent unit, but hurt my ear too much

No point in keeping it if you can't wear it. I only tried it because my usual Plantronics wasn't available. Took it back as soon as my other was back in stock. This is a good unit IF you can tolerate the hard plastic ear attachment piece, I simply couldn't. I had it for about 2 weeks, so I really tried to adjust, it just hurt my ear too much.

Volume by phone not on the jabra unit… I use the headset everyday, for work and other. I am somewhat hard of hearing and this unit is clear on both ends of the conversation. If I am communicating with a customer it is essential that we both have clear communication at all times and this unit gives me this. Great quality for under $100.00

Never had that issue with Jabra bluetooths before.
