Never had that issue with Jabra bluetooths before.

Needs USB C

This is my second purchase because got the other one wet. If the manufacturer is reading this, my suggestion is: keep the same build quality and specs. Update to a USB C charging port. Dont mess with the inner mechanics unless you are sure you can make it better. The product is already really good.
