The unit does not have a volume control function. Volume is controlled via app and must take out the phone from purse, etc., to control volume. For me, that defeats the purpose of having a Bluetooth - I may as well answer the phone by taking the phone out of my pocket, purse or whatever. I returned it as it did not serve my needs. I would recommend if limited unit controls suit your needs.

However, the HARD PLASTIC ear piece was awkward and VERY uncomfortable. In addition, the ear bud was too large to fit in the ear comfortably and kept falling out. Not sure how this one got of the design table. It appears it wasn't even field tested. I could do better a better design in a coma. Bad job JABRA!! :(

Now that I have the Jabra - Talk 45 I don't miss the Plantronics. Jabra is far superior with more features and longer battery life. If you are looking for a great bluetooth headset, look no further.
