The unit does not have a volume control function. Volume is controlled via app and must take out the phone from purse, etc., to control volume. For me, that defeats the purpose of having a Bluetooth - I may as well answer the phone by taking the phone out of my pocket, purse or whatever. I returned it as it did not serve my needs. I would recommend if limited unit controls suit your needs.

However, the HARD PLASTIC ear piece was awkward and VERY uncomfortable. In addition, the ear bud was too large to fit in the ear comfortably and kept falling out. Not sure how this one got of the design table. It appears it wasn't even field tested. I could do better a better design in a coma. Bad job JABRA!! :(

First I tried new phones ... still bad. Then I tried different in-ear head sets (inexpensive ones) ... still bad. I gave up and lived with it, ugh. I decided to try again and ... ta-da this one works!!!! I can now enjoy phone conversations again. And before you ask, I did have my hearing checked out. It is fine.

Noise cancelling seems to work well, although I haven't really pushed the testing on this. Charging port cover is a little tough to get open & I'm concerned about the durability, but time will tell (no issues so far). Headset is easy to user, simple buttons. I'm happy.
