First I tried new phones ... still bad. Then I tried different in-ear head sets (inexpensive ones) ... still bad. I gave up and lived with it, ugh. I decided to try again and ... ta-da this one works!!!! I can now enjoy phone conversations again. And before you ask, I did have my hearing checked out. It is fine.

Noise cancelling seems to work well, although I haven't really pushed the testing on this. Charging port cover is a little tough to get open & I'm concerned about the durability, but time will tell (no issues so far). Headset is easy to user, simple buttons. I'm happy.

Callers can hear me crystal clear with no background noise & I can hear them perfectly as well! This is my 2nd purchase of this brand & I still have my old one that is years old but just won't hold a charge that long. My new one holds the charge perfectly!

Can't beat the oldies!

It does just what I need and nothing that I don't. It sits securely in my ear without the loop, doesn't make my ear sore and is easy to answer my phone when my hands are full.

Not volumen button

The biggest reason I give it 2 stars is that it doesn't have a volume button. The biggest reason for having a bluetooth is to not be near the phone. If the volume is too high or too low you have to go to the phone. Very disappointed.

Price point was good, but quality and volume were lacking. The 2nd one I purchased, so I could have one on charge while using the other, burned up while on a charging cord. I tried to take it back to Best Buy and they refused to replace. I have since moved on and have found other earpieces to be of better quality and better fitment.

Jabra Excellent Quality for over 15 Years

The quality of this headset is very good. Sound could be a bit louder if needed. Mic quality is perfect. No one can tell I’m on Bluetooth when I’m talking to them. Earpiece is very comfortable. I use the style that is in ear only and it never falls out, even when exercising.
