Has paired easily to two phones. Excellent battery life (2-3 days in my use). Occupies only one ear! Fits comfortably. It does work with Siri and Google Assistant though I rarely use that feature.

Price point was good, but quality and volume were lacking. The 2nd one I purchased, so I could have one on charge while using the other, burned up while on a charging cord. I tried to take it back to Best Buy and they refused to replace. I have since moved on and have found other earpieces to be of better quality and better fitment.

Barely can hear whos on the phone. It also keeps disconnecting from phone. Thats definitely a negative

Erratic mic, not an all-day design

However, the biggest issue was the erratic pickup of the microphone. My CTO called and told me I could not continue to use it as it was a distraction and nuisance for our company and our customers.

I got it home and worked to get it to pair with my I Phone XR. Finally got it to work correctly but the fit in my ear is not what I expected. Does not give one the feeling that it will stay put. I will tolerate it for at least 30 days and then make a final decision.

I got it during the Christmas sale so it was half off....there’s only 2 buttons on it, so that was kinda bad to learn that! However thou it had an app that’s pretty cool and you change the volume thru the phone, but the call quality is 2nd to none.

I can't turn it on or off now. Although it still works, they should've made that part a little sturdier.

The ear gels fit nicely in the ear and stay in place. Battery life is good enough to get through an entire day of virtual connections. MACBOOK USERS -Many bluetooth headsets have poor audio connection but this works flawlessly with MacBook Pro.
