It is amazing that in this day and age they canot make an ear piece that works. it made my ear sore and is unresponsive when yu push the button. The earlier cheaper models work a lot better than this fancy opne. Do the designers ever try the products that they design?

Sadly, one day I was seeing a patient in their home and the rubber piece fell in the street and I never could find it. Seemed impossible to find replacement so I just threw it in the garbage.

The headset is light weight, I forget that I have it in my ear. You can use it with either an over the ear arm to hold it, or the inside the ear soft gel earpiece. This has great volume, clarity, and is reasonably priced compared to the competition.

I was able to get excellent help from Jabra Tech support and the headset is now working as expected.

I decided to give these a try, and they are ok. They take a while to charge via my laptop, I haven't tried to charge in my car yet. The sound quality is much better than I expected.

This is a really nice headset, but is not the most ideal for supporting a full day’s work. The max talk time is about six hours and then the unit needs to be charged, so you need to find an alternate solution for the hours that it is charging.

But because I used it heavily for a year and a half, I had to use my service plan since the battery wouldn’t hold as long of a charge. The one I got from using the service plan from best buy, seems to be a bad batch because it would reboot on its own. I returned it and got another one, and still does the same thing.. I haven’t got around to return the current one because I’m able to tolerate it, but when I get a chance, I will return it for another one..
