But because I used it heavily for a year and a half, I had to use my service plan since the battery wouldn’t hold as long of a charge. The one I got from using the service plan from best buy, seems to be a bad batch because it would reboot on its own. I returned it and got another one, and still does the same thing.. I haven’t got around to return the current one because I’m able to tolerate it, but when I get a chance, I will return it for another one..

Excellent little device

The piece that goes around your could be a little less stiff. Comes with two different sizes, so that does help. I am very satisfied with this purchase. And excellent customer service at Best Buy for helping me find this.

As an early adopter of Bluestone, my 1st was a huge Jabra JawBone model. After several after others and many years later, decided on this Jabra 45 as it has a thin ear hook and priced just right.
