The bad news is that it frequently rejects calls even when I announce "Answer" . On some occasions, it even rejects calls when I try to answer manually. Moreover, it fails to announce "Answering call" on the few occasions when the voice command is successfully implemented. This is all very frustrating. After purchasing this headset I wish I had stayed with a Plantronics model.

Lightweight and rugged

It's lightweight and quite rugged. My only criticism is that the earpiece doesn't always stay deep in the ear canal, making it difficult to hear at times. Great product overall though.

It is painful and uncomfortable in my ear after 15 min or so. I’ve switched out every ear piece attachment and still no relief. I’m still up in the air with this purchase.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that it has caller ID because it does not say so on the packaging. It also has the option to press a button for your "Google Assistant or Siri". The calls are very clear and not muffled and it's comfortable on my ear.

Fits comfortably in ears with optional ear gels and ear hooks. Charges quickly, with a 6 hour talk time. The clarity of phone calls and music is awesome.

So, I bought Jabra Talk 45 and Jabra Talk 25. 1. I could not connect the Jabra 45 to the phone. At the same time, I connected the Jabra 25 without any problems. 2. Both, Jabra 45 and 25, are very uncomfortable to wear. I tried all the earhooks and eartips. 3. Jabra 25 has a pretty good sound, but due to the discomfort, I will return them. I am going back to Plantronics.

Nice headset for wife's phone

Still trying to figure out the battery warnings - it seems to drop a charge shorter than expected.

Easy pairing and good noise cancelling. Use this on my PC and Pixel phone. People I talk to say it's clear, and I can hear them fine.

He got this one and hasn't looked back. His only complaint was there isn't a better way on the ear. He's afraid he'll lose it.
