It allows me to be in constant contact with my cutomers if in the office or on the road. I lost it in my drive way and it snowed. Went and bought a second one. When the snow melted three a week later i found the lost ear piece, and it stll worked. They have also gone through the washing machine and dryer and the still work. This is deffinatly worth every peny.

This fits my ear and stays put. I know you don’t get a stereo experience but you also can hear road noise and be careful of traffic.

BATTERY LIFE IS ONLY 6 HOURS SO I HAD TO BY 2 TO LAST MY WHOLE 8 HOUR SHIFT. ALSO ONLY CONNECTS TO 1 DEVICE. LET ME TAKE THAT BACK IT CONNECTS TO MULTIPLE DEVICES BUT IT WILL NOT SWITCH BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN THE 2. I HAVE TO DISABLE 1 BLUETOOTH TO GET IT TO WORK ON THE OTHER DEVICE OR IT JUS MUTES THE OTHER ONE SO I CAN'T HEAR FROM IT. VERY STRANGE. I WOULD BUY ANOTHER TYPE BUT RIGHT NOW THER IS NONE THAT SEEMS TO BE ANY BETTER SO STICKING WITH THIS 2 STILL I FIND SOMETHING BETTER,

Comfortable to wear if you don’t use the behind the ear pieces which are horrendous. Don’t know about longevity yet

I sometimes forget that I even have it on. It's so small and easy to misplace, if you aren't careful. Overall, it does what it's supposed to do and I have no complaints.

Happy to report that with this device, if that is what you prefer, simply pull off the Uber rend piece that goes in the ear. Clear sound. Great voice commands.

Voices are clear when on a phone call. My only complaint is it has difficulty connecting to incoming calls using voice command. When I say "answer" it won't answer about 70% of the time.

Otherwise sound and talk quality are excellent. I'd recommend to anyone who has normal shaped ears ha.
