The sound is crystal clear. I’ve owned a more expensive Bluetooth earpiece, and this one is absolutely just as good.

Range is terrible and defeats purpose as I basically have to have my phone in my pocket, or it cuts out at about 10’.

Had to switch from plastic ear hook to the rubber bud that just sits in the ear. Stays in and very comfortable. I recommend this highly.
