I have always used Poly bluetooths but this Jabra one is great. It occasionally has issues mixing with my vehicle's bluetooth connection, but I don't use it when driving. It's charges quickly and is easy to use.

I have had Samsung, Plantronics, Jawbone, etc. This is up there with my old Samsung. It's loud enough to hear, connects rather easily, and is an absolute pleasure to use. I have had a Plantronics headset that was supposed to be "high quality" but was nothing but issues. I needed a headset with a decent sound and this was a good deal.
