Won’t stay connected, disconnects and reconnect ts randomly in many places at many times. Bought for business and unusable and unreliable. I gave two stars because I love the features and fit. But I can’t keep dealing with the disconnections. Again I’ll have to return it. Smh.

Her laptop has bluetooth capability so this device was perfect for her. It worked the first time it was paired with the laptop and allowed her to have virtual meetings without disturbing me as I had my own.

Noise cancel is not great, broke pretty easy

The ear part came apart with just two small wires holding it together when I went to swap the ear clips. I crazy glued it together. Noise cancellation is reasonable for the price point I guess (read: not great). I didn't find it super comfy but can't fit everyone I guess. Am keeping it for a backup.
