Too Loud

On the lowest volume on my Samsung s10 it is way too loud. Jabra was great about quickly responding and trouble shooting. Then they overnight shipped me a new one. Unfortunately the new one is still way too loud and killing my ear. Jabra has been great, just a bad product for me.

I was worried about the reviews but took a chance on this model. Liked it just as much that I bought a second one in case I lose this one. It’s perfect for my ears & comfortable. I use it for everything from personal calls to listening to music to Zoom meetings at the office.
