The next time I need a Bluetooth I will surely get it through best buy. I own a Jabra Bluetooth myself but I purchased mines from Verizon. I am a Jabra Bluetooth fan and I hope that best buy will continued selling this product. My husband and I love it...Thank you best buy.

I'm not sure how long the plastic ear piece is gonna last, but it's comfortable! The volume is great, and it's easy to hear everyone I talk to. It also makes it much easier for people to hear me as well. Not sure how well it cancels out background noise yet, but it's a keeper for sure
