Went back to get information on Apple iPod pros 2nd generation. Walked in passed a young lady and a man at the desk. After walking by them one of them ask me if I needed help. I told them want I wanted to look at. He just said they were over there down that way pointing. Then I went back up there for help. He said he would call someone. He is about 60 feet from them and he wasn’t doing anything. I waited for awhile. I went back and told them I needed to inquire about the product. The girl said sometimes customers don’t want anyone bothering them. I mentioned they weren’t the only store that sells them. She told me to have a good day. Which meant I could leave. The guy said he would help me. He answered a few questions but I was frustrated with them both so I left. Both weren’t not concerned that I left. I have been shopping at the Wichita Falls Best Buy probably before at least one of the employees were born. I have bought many TV’s for me my mom and my children there. I always go there first to see if they have what I need. That is probably not going to be the case following this happening. Was very frustrated and disappointed.

But it turn out that it’s not comportable in the ear the rubber always falling and the clear plastic that holds the bluetooth is so stiff that it won’t bend a little to blend on the shape of your ear. Sound is fine. But After using it for 5 hours a day my ear starts to hurt and I will need to remove it. As an uber driver i need a soft to the ear but reliable blue tooth. I will try to return this back to best buy or exchange it with a diffrent brand or model.

With my volume on my phone all the way up, Note 9, I can't really hear when I'm running on my treadmill. Frustrated.
