It's comfortable with the the in ear gel piece and has a hook that hold it in place inside the year. The Big clear giant hook is painful so I swapped it with the soft silicone optional bud with the small hook for the inner year and it's so comfortable. Highly recommended it

I drive a Semi truck and the earpiece pick up all the noise or sounds in the truck. When I’m driving and I call someone or someone calls me, they always say roll up your window and the window is already up. Not a good earpiece if you work around a lot noise.

Since it was first introduced almost five years ago, Jabra users have loved the Stealth for its comfort, features, and audio quality. It is unfortunate that this has not been your experience. Included with the Talk 45, you should find a few eargel options and an ear hook to provide a few choices for how to wear the device. Thank you.

Worst Bluetooth I’ve ever owned!

At full volume you couldn’t hear what people were saying sometimes. And the people you were talking to could hear static. I’ve had it December 2022, and it quit working early June 2023. Won’t charge, won’t turn on…nothing! I do not recommend this earpiece.
