Worst bluetooth I've ever had.

Charging Issues

Only problem I had was it wouldn't charge. I tried three different versions of this same make and model. None of them would charge up after battery went dead. I ended up going to another brand of headset.

Did not like compared to Plantronics

I've been a Plantronics user for years and decided to try this per a BB sales associate recommendation. I took it back 2 days later and got a PT unit. The jabra wasn't near as loud or clear and also didn't allow you to adjust volume from the unit...you had to do it from the device it was connected too...major turn off for me. As well, it kept connecting and disconnecting frmo my iphone 10...wouldn't keep a steady connection UNLESS it was on a call. So every couple minutes you hear, MOBILE CONNECTED then a minute or so, MOBILE DISCONNECTED....either way it was going back but the volume adjustment really tore me. That and it's not very loud...
