Finally a really good Bluetooth headset

I have tried to use the earbuds but they just seem too expensive and they never seem to connect every time I try to use them. I love this headset because of the Google assistant button now, It works really well. The sound quality is really good and loud and my callers have said it does not sound like I am talking on a headset. It fits great into my ear and does not fall out with the proper size earpiece. I would highly recommend this if you are just looking at a stock base headset that provides good sound and has google assistant button.

I listen to music and also have to hear if someone speaks to me. That's only available via the device it's connected to. I like to turn the volume to almost a whisper if someone addresses me.

I tried to search reasons and fixes, checked all websites, even Jabra forums and, looks like it's a known issue of this model. The only reason I don't rate it 5 is that I can't use my so much loved headset any more because of the defect that nobody told me about and ...looks like nobody can fix.
